Mkan Besar On 29th Ramadhan....

Every Year on the last day of Ramadhan, NurIshak's Family will have our own Bigish Dinner event to celebrate the enclosure of fasting month and upcoming Aidilfitri.

This Year, we segregate the task of cooking to all the anak dara to prepare one dish based on seafood theme (xde ayam, isa still idup lg)


~~~ 2 dish Ikan Talapia merah, sotong, udang, ketam, sayur ~~~~

~Full table with Food (abah ckap nie melantak nie, bknnyer makan)~
Make it into two sets of dinner with Ketam Masak Lemak and Ikan Talapia Stim Lemon at the centre of the table


Dessert : Kek lapis Sarawak (Ensured Halal by Kaksyu), Kiwi Cake (Order during Syairah's Birthday)
Drink : Ribena


1st Dish : Sotong Hey Good Cooking
Prepared by : Nur Syuleha Bte Ishak
Toughness : Medium
Comment : Sedap la, klo byar RM5 kt kedai dpat 1 plate puas ati la, sbb sotong dea besar n tepung keep intact with the sotong almost 80%-90%


2nd dish : Prawn baked with Butter
Prepared by : Nur Syairah Ishak
Toghness : Medium
Comment : Nice and bleh rse butter dea in there but some say masin sikit, mybe sbb x biase mkn buttery things...


3rd dish : Mix Vegie with Oyster Sauce
Prepared by : Nur Syafiqa bte Ishak
Toughness : Easy to Medium (Ala msak sayur je, cmpak2 bahan pn nk kena tnya)
Comment : Kurang garam but it's ok, still delicious.


4th Dish : Ketam Masak Lemak
Prepared by : Nur Syuhada Bte Ishak
Toughness : Hard (anything msak gune santan can be consider susah kot)
Comment : Kuah cair skit, should be thicker bru sedap. X pedas, previously she said want to do it a bit spicy.



5th Dish : Ikan Talapia Stim with Lemon
Prepared by : Nur Syazana Bte Ishak

Toughness : Medium Hard

Comment : X menjadi, a bit pahit at certain area which claimed to be cause by the kulit lemon, or maybe this type of fish x sesuai bwat stim ngn lemon.


6th Dish : Ikan Talapia Sweet & Sour

Prepared by : Nur Syazana Bte Ishak & Nur Syuhada Bte Ishak

Toughness : Medium Hard

Comment : Sedap, the sauce is delicious and the fish also perfectly fried.

Mane complete rayer lau xde kuih ryer kan.. Lagi2 kuih ryer buatan sndri, handmade@homemade khas dri rumah Nurishak lak..
Head Chef : Leha... N taun ne, aku jdik head chef .. *thun ne je ke?,k cam stiap thun jek*...
Assistant : Isa
Pembantu2 lain : Syari, Mail, Fiqa, Kak Irah, Saleha Aziziah, Syafi
Sebanyak 7 jenis kuih semuannya, mula dri last week slow2 wat n start rushing khamis ritu.. Dan hasilnya :

4. Almond London (xde r London sgt, wat kt kluang jek..haha) 2 jenis

Actually, ade lagi sejenis kuih (kuih ros) yang akan dibuat mlm nty.. Tapi hasil sume kuih ne pun telah memenuhi meja ..



PS: spe yang xcyer betapa sedapnya , n nak rasa sndri meh r dtg umah smbut ryer.. sila2.. hehe.. *Eppi Eid Mubarak*

Percubaan pertama Leha.. haha.. da suka mkan , so kena r blajo wat sndri kan.. konon2 chef r ne.. Byak halangan tau dlm proses pmbuatan, dri oven ke butter.. tp akhirnya thasil gak.. sedap xsedap, abah kata sedap so kita kira sedap ,cukup manis da.. tp ...................hahahah...

Remark : Fuh akhirnya... haha.. Diyakini sedap dan manis..keras? kesilapn swktu menguli tepung, jgn riso next time mesti jadi lembut..hee
