JaPaNeSe @ oUr Homeyyy

I dont really rmmber the exact date when this thing happend, but 4 sure we had a visitor from Japan and it cause chaos at home during that time.

Mum n Dad start discussing (more to arguing n loya buruk) what to be served to them n as usual our dad will start his variety of "lawak" which he still manged 2 figure out..

Kaksyu bring home 2 Japanese guy (@ 1st I thought it's 3 of them...=P) , 1 old and 1 kind of young i guess.... visiting our home... Actly kaksyu is trying to save her money so that he don't need to treat that guy 4 a dinner, juz bring home to have a meal....

Kaksyu stop by with 2 cars n all of them just finished their tour @ gunung lambak (ala...gnug lmbk jer) coz the visitors want 2 see gunug kt sini.....so that is the nearest gnung they can think of from jb... (pnyer la byk gnug kt malaysia).....

We served them with keledek goreng, pisang goreng n keladi goreng... (byk woo dorg mkan, they must be very hungry or the goreng2 thing is delicious..) n then dinner with rice n msak lemak cili api plus smbal belacan, syur sawi n some other dish (I dont really rmmber).. 1 of them is good at eating spicy food but not the other 1.... hehe...

The Japanese guy is sitting between abah n isa... (nasib baek not in between fiqa n isa, hahaha)
Fiqa is working during this time and 1st thing she said when she came home is why wouldnt kak ana take picture ber-2 wit the young japanese guy....!!! (kak ana malu lorrhhh...)

Both of them must felt weird with our family maybe cause xcited n teruja sgt smpi taking pic....formal pic sum more...=P

Sorry, never seen n meet too close with a japanese, usually tgok drama jepun kt tv jerrr,....

(but we didnt heard them talking in japan rite?)

n time we have our dinner itik pn da lari..so just order food n lauk pauk yg sedp....

Ikan siakap 3 rase..but this fish is over fried...hitam2 2 t'mkan trus off selera...tp layha ckp "sedap jerr"....ish..ape jer yg bg kt layha x sedap...yer x?...

2 big bowl of rice.....1 fish dish...got kailan ikan masin sum more...ayam msak merah...smbal belcan ngn timun n lauk cendawan yg masin........

Bakery Week + Sushi

Ingredients for cheesecake..... n image of cream cheese inside the mixer...

Size loyang for cheesecake yg d'gunakan..n that's kak ana's hand putting the cake into the oven... =)

Cheesecake making process : thin layer of biscuits ->cream cheese->sugar castor->yogurt -> eggs...pour out...

2 piece of cheesecakes made by layha n ana.....
left side pic: (milo n lemon slice on top) - 1st trial - sedappp..abah ckap boley kawen....
right side pic: (blueberry yogurt tp kaler kek tetp kaler natural) - 2nd trial - sedap....abah ckap leh kawen gk....
personal preferrance ana is the 1st cake.....
p/s: no pic of kek batik yg x jadie... (kek batik irah bwat if u'll got the pic plzz upload)

The japanese rice with vinegar n roller making process...wrap with plastic 2 prevent the roller kotor cepat n the rice stuck in between....

Flat sushi or hand made sushi..just tempek sesuka ati as long as it look like sushi that can be eaten. with a little of wasabi trap in those roll sushi n flat sushi... Nori sheet d'potong2 oleh mail to be used for the flat sushi. Mayonaise is inside the red bottle for roll sushi.

Sushi roll preparation n process.....slice of yellow capsicum, japanese cucumber n carrot... (shud have crab stick as well but we can't find any, it's either bcox it's CNY time or the crab stick factory went bankrupt)

wasabi n kicapnyer (soy sauce n some spicy n hot cili...)
