Kuih Muih Di buLan RaM@dhAn

We gonna look through what's happening in the house during fasting month.
Usually mum will prepare all the main dish and there's going to be someone from time to time voluntarily preparing the "kuih muih".

Dish: "Puding Santan Caramel"
Prepared by : Syariah & Syafiah (with a help of course)
Triggered reason: They watched "Chef Adik" at TV3 preparing this dish. So both of them are excited to prepare it for break fasting yesterday with Abah's little encouragement.

Casing for the pudding

3 eggs

Custard flour

Some sugar

Coconut Milk

Only use this type of casing

Syariah's hand it the picture. She consistently stir the sugar add with water for the caramel preparation

Steam it for 15 minutes

Syafiah even jot down and memorize the ingredients to prepare the pudding (of course some of what she remembered need to be adjusted). Plus you can also heard few screaming from mum n finally ana need to go to the kitchen as well. It should be only two of them preparing it.........
