Business trip to Fukuoka,Japan (2)

fukuoka,JapAn (part 2)

..lets continue...

on Sunday..our supervisor, Yamaguchi san bring us to Marinoa.
I dont have any picture there.. but you could see below link for more information:

http://yokanavi.com/eg/theme/detail/416

Marinoa City Fukuoka opened in 2000 and is the largest outlet mall in Kyushu. Marinoa City’s 170 stores cover all genres including cool fashions, sports equipment, accessories, interior goods, and more.
Making full use of the waterfront location, Marinoa City has an open feel to it, making it popular not only for shopping but also for sightseeing. Throughout the year there are many special sales and events taking place

http://www.marinoacity.com/english/guide/index.html

Many items there for 'kaki shopping' and also many choices.. there are variety of goods you can find there.

Then we went to fukuoka tower... to go up there it cost 800 yen which is around 30 ringgit..
Luckily, my boss pay for both of us (me n nurul) :P.

Some picture taken from fukuoka tower viewing room.

with Yamaguchi san..father to 4 years old boy..still look handsome rite?
sorry..taken.

in front of fukouka tower.

And we spend another week at fukuoka ...we go jalan2 during night after working hour. but not many picture of it..
i also get to go to aburayama (abura mountain) to see night view..its very magnificient..magical to see the view from up there...

with yamagami..he is very 'gila-gila'

yamamoto..more matured guy..nonetheless humorous and helpful.

our best buddies there... up here is yamagami..and down there is yamamoto..
they bring us anywhere we want to go and help us find our souvenir..also
they will wait for us everyday to go lunch..since we cannot speak Japanese, they will help us to ask if our food include meat or not...or anything we want. just name it..

hard to keep a straight face with this guy around us..haha..he is very funny~

These picture taken during our welcome cum farewell dinner with PSN Japanese members. They sure are very warm.... dont take it wrong..they drink but only juice and tea for us~

Business trip to Fukuoka,Japan

Fukuoka,JapAN (paRt 1)

..get bored doing nothing for deepavali holiday...decide to add post (since mak already ask me to do so)...

So, here's some pic during my business trip to Fukuoka,Japan..
Only when there for 2 weeks..but for sure i did the shopping and 'jalan-jalan' and 'makan-makan' part..

view from up~

at fukuoka airport..upon arrival..pergh very tired.. 15 hours of flight time (include transit time at narita airport).

my first dish in Japan.. hostel's food for dinner around 7 p.m.. but actually it taste good.. not sure bcoz it is really good or i just damn hungry...
my last food before this is at 5 a.m in flight from changi to tokyo.. the taste? urghhh... God i miss my kitchen already that time...

here my dish..of course, we only eat seafood there since we cannot or dont know where to get halal meat. variety of 'tauhu' , fish, vege and seafood. That's our staple food in Japan.
And the rice is a bit different from what we have here, a bit sticky but yummy...

My room there. Comfortable for me. My only problem there is how to fill my night. Even at 5.30p.m its already dark there in Japan.
Now its Autumn there. A bit cold ( and i'm really not a fan for aircond/cold weather).
Luckily im not going there during winter...~~
I spent my night reading books. I finish my new sophie kinsella's book 'Mini shopaholic' in a blink of eyes...hurmm what to do for another 12 days here??

There's a TV, mini refrigerator, sink ermm what else...yeah also heater...hurray~

Okay..here some picture view there during my walk to office..yess i walk to office..about 2km..
i can take bus but it will cost me 180 yen which is around 7 ringgit malaysia! 1 way..if 2 way around 14 ringgit..
So, i walk..and save the 14 ringgit to spent on my souvenir or other thing..

The weather also cool and refreshing suits to take walk in the morning..

my friend call this 'ultraman's house' just bcause..it looks like typical japanese house in ultraman show :P

Something that i salute Japanese people is their politeness.
Also, here they 'respect' pedestrian more~
You wont here a yelling or name calling when you crossing the road even right before the car.

100 yen shop!
Well here we can find our need, everything from toiletries, souvenir to drinks and food..
and its affordable.. :P

Okay..on wednesday is 'Jalan-jalan' and eating out day. So on this day we didnt take hostel food.
On our first week here we went to yodabashi (if im not mistaken) near hakata station.
Luckily my colleague, zatty (in white outfit) already in Fukuoka.
She grad from Japan, so she speaks japanese well. She also can read Japanese. So it is like bigggggggg advantage cos we can go jalan2 and makan2 outside..

I think i need to make a confession~
Even before went to Japan..im like ..a big fan of sushi.. but sadly, its hard to find good or fresh sushi here... but i always settle for what i can get.

So when zatty told us we will having 100yen sushi today.. how can i resist? :P
But poor nurul (the other friends), she cannot take raw fish as well as me.. still..we in japan rite?
What is Japan without sushi? ngehngehhhhh~

waiting for my sushi~

Here it comes..since the one that already in 'circle' is not fresh, we order new one.

erkk~ excuse me..
full already~ 8 plate..enuf for that nite..

During the weekend..on saturday.. we decide to go to tenjin (city in fukuoka). So we need to take train to tenjin and then we take subway to ohari park..
This park have magnificent lake.. well its a good place for dating couple :P and jogging..of course.

In front of Japanese temple.

In front Ohashi station..
about 10 minutes walk from our hostel

Subway station near tenjin..
train coming~~

Lake at Ohari park.

After tired we went to find eating place.. :P
found one restaurant at solari plaza (if im not mistaken)

eating stall outside the mall..it just look..very..japanese :P

well..many picture ..so i will continue in another post..to many then hv to scroll down to much :P
*i hate scrolling..sighh*
